COVID-19 Information

Dear Customer

We know these are worrying times and that you’re probably trying to ‘carry on as normal’ whilst doing the best to look after family and friends.

We’re taking responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus (COVID-19) really seriously. First and foremost, looking after our customers and staff is our number one priority, which is why we’re staying close to the advice from the government to make sure we’re doing the right things. All engineers have the relevant PPE and hand santisers on board their vehicles and within their work pouches, clothing is freshly laundered daily and all equipment is cleaned.

Now the government advice has changed regarding self-isolation. The advice is as follows:

  • If you live alone and you have symptoms of COVID-19, however mild, stay at home for 7 days from when your symptoms started.
  • If you live with other and you or another member of the household have symptoms of COVID-19, then all the household members must stay at home and not leave the house for 14 days. The 14 day period starts from the day when the first person in the house became ill. It is likely that people living within a household will infect each other or be infected already. Staying at home for 14 days will greatly reduce the overall amount of infection the household could pass on to others in the community.
  • For anyone in the household who starts showing symptoms, they need to stay at home for 7 days from when the symptoms appeared, regardless of what day they are on in the original 14-day isolation periods.

In line with the guidance if you or any family member is displaying COVID-19 symptoms and / or self-isolating or returned from abroad within the last 14 days we will need to be notified and we will not be able to carry out any work at your premises until after the 14 day period.

We will do our best to balance the health and wellbeing of our community and will continue to remain open for trading.

Thank you, for your support and understanding during these difficult uncertain times.
